At Magnum Furniture we pride ourselves on the quality of the delivery service that we provide to our customers.
To ensure the quality of our service we only use our own dedicated delivery and assembly to deliver your new furniture to your home, rather than third party carriers.For this reason we are limited to the area of the country we can deliver to, therefore if you live outside a 50 mile radius of the store we unfortunately may not be able to take your order.
We have rigorous quality control checks in place to carefully inspect goods when they arrive at our warehouse. On top of this, our delivery team will inspect all goods again before they load them onto their delivery vehicles to ensure that there is no obvious damage or fault with your purchase. All goods are then covered and are carefully secured within the delivery vehicle to prevent any damage during transit to your home.
All of our staff undergo thorough training in the transportation and carrying of goods so that your purchases arrive in your home in excellent condition and we promise to leave your home in the same clean and tidy condition as it was when we arrived.
Our delivery team will locate and if necessary, assemble your furniture (this may well incur additional charges for bedroom furniture) in your chosen room and ensure that you are fully happy with your products before they leave.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your chosen goods are suitable for your room and that they fit in the room and can be carried into and through your home.
Prior to delivery we will contact you when your goods are ready for delivery and we will arrange a convenient delivery date and time with you.
On the day before your delivery is due to take place, we will call to let you know an approximate delivery time. On the day of your delivery, our delivery team can also give you a further call (if requested) when they are on route to your home so that you will know exactly when to expect them at your door.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an urgent situation arises and you need to re-arrange your booked delivery date or time.
